Step 2: Learn About Available Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can help address many types of issues including but not limited to PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, conflict, grief, stress management, or life transitions. Individual therapy sessions are counseling / talk therapy services that are grounded in evidence based methods that aim to support, confidentially treat, and effectively manage a range of mental health concerns.
We offer both in-person and telehealth individualized therapy sessions that cater to the unique needs of each client. With a compassionate and understanding approach, our therapists work closely with you to explore underlying issues, develop coping strategies, and foster resilience.
This program is offering 10 individual therapy sessions free of charge, or if you have insurance that covers mental health services, the program will cover the cost of the co-pay. If you haven’t already, please complete the questionnaire above so that we may qualify you.
Group Therapy Series
Groups therapy offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to share experiences, learn from others, and develop new skills.
Group therapy can be an effective way to address specific issues, such as stress management, grief and loss, and relationship challenges, while also building a sense of community and belonging.
